Growing up with a mother who has been a hairstylist for over 40 years, I developed an appreciation for beauty, creativity, and client care at an early age. Watching her build lasting relationships with her clients taught me that beauty services are about more than appearance, they’re about trust, connection, and making people feel their best. Before becoming a nail manicurist, I spent many years working in hospitality and customer focused roles, where I developed strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. These experiences helped shape my professional approach and reinforced the importance of integrity, reliability, and treating every client with care and respect. I discovered my passion for nails later in life, proving that it’s never too late to purse what truly excites you. Taking this leap has been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made, and I bring that enthusiasm and dedication into every service I provide. Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens. Unexpected distractions, emergencies, family obligations, and illness can arise without warning. My goal is to provide a professional experience while remaining fair and understanding to all clients. To respect everyone’s time and ensure appointments run smoothly, please review the following policies. 🌸 Booking , Deposits, & Processing Fee To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Please note that a 2.6% processing fee will automatically be added to all card transactions at the end of each service(s) rendered. This fee covers the cost of securely processing electronic payments. A credit card is NOT needed at checkout. I also accept: Venmo, Zelle, Apple, and Cash payments. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 🌸 Appointment Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice. Providing advance notice allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. I understand that emergencies occur and will always do my best to handle unexpected situations with compassion and understanding. 🌸 Late Arrivals If you are running late, please send a text message as soon as possible with your estimated arrival time. Appointments that begin late may need to be modified to stay on schedule for the next client. If you arrive more than 15 mins late, I reserve the the right to: * Shorten or modify the requested service. * Decline complex nail art or specialty design. * Reschedule the appointment if there is insufficient time to safely complete the service. This policy helps ensure that each client receives the quality service and appointment time they deserve. 🌸 No-Show Policy * A “no-show” is defined as missing a scheduled appointment. 🌸 First No-Show * A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged before any future appointments can be booked. 🌸 Second No-Show * A fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the debit/credit card used to reserve the appointment. * After a second no-show, future booking privileges will be revoked, and appointments will no longer be accepted. 🌸 Same-Day Cancellation * After two same-day cancellation, a 50% deposit will be required for future appointments and online booking privileges revoked. 🌸 Service Satisfaction Your satisfaction is important to me and I stand behind the quality of my work. If you experience any concerns with your service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment so that I may review the issue and determine an appropriate solution. 🌸 Nail Repairs Nail repairs are defined as three (3) or fewer nails requiring repair due to lifting, chipping, or breakage. Repairs requested within five (5)days of the original service will be provided at no charge if determined service is applicable. After the five-day period, complimentary repairs are no longer available. Depending on the condition of the nails, a soak-off and new set may be recommended at the clients expense. Please note that nail enhancements are not a one-size-fits-all service. Before proceeding with a replacement set, I will asses the condition of your natural nails and determine whether the current enhancement system is the best option for you. If an alternative service is recommended, pricing and service options will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the appointment.
